Interview of Lt. Col Rabusa after the forum

It was really a pleasure to attend a talkshow-like forum about the current AFP corruption scandal.Napakainteresting ng topic lalo pa’t may mga guest na totoong involve on that said issue.

The first speaker was an ex-AFP officer na tinatawag ni Bibeth as “Jonelle”. And the revelations were breathtaking!

He presented some of the thousand anomalies he could name from the AFP corruption “system” (I’ll just discuss one, hindi ko kasi naintindihan masyado yung iba kasi dinadaldal ako ng katabi ko e LOL). First was the issue about C130 and other irregularities. Ipinakita niya kung anong klaseng aircrafts meron ang AFP given the fact that they were provided millions of dollars from United Nations. The best example was the crash of C130 4593. Ang aircraft na ito ay ipinagawa sa Asian Aerospace who happened to be not a legal entity para pagawaan ng ganung klaseng aircraft (usually, dapat sa US and Europe lang). The thing is kaya siya dun ipinagawa was because the owner of that aerospace was one of the biggest contributor of GMA’s campaign during the 2004 election. And from 100 Million, it cost them triple! So when the C130 4593 crashed somewhere in Davao, ipinalabas ng AFP na dahil ito sa “weather disturbance”.

Grabe! Nakakawindang lalo na when the first time I heard about it.

At the midst of the show, dumating si Lt. Col. George Rabusa with his lawyer and a nun. He was quiet and, as What I saw, tense. From their own conscience, ngayon nakikipaglaban na ang Samabayanang Pilipino to come up with nothing but the truth!

And I wanna thank Sen. Estrada for encouraging Lt. Col. Rabusa and his lawyer na lumabas sa senado para isiwalat ang baho ng AFP. It was him, kaya meronghearing sa senate ngayon. The lawyer told us na ayaw na sana nilang ilabas pa ang isyung ito dahil ayaw nilang manganib ang kanilang buhay at ayaw nilang mawala sa kanila yung kanilang mga kaibigan, in which kahit sino naman siguro matatakot. But their courage pays what the Filipinos deserve– to know the dirts of AFP and GMA Administration!

Maraming paraan. If there’s a will, there’s a way ika nga.

The forum was followed by a noise barrage outside the campus. First time kong makaattend sa ganung klaseng activity, but the sure thing is, nagkakaisa ang lahat ng taong nanduon!

Lastly, I was so inspired by this AFP officer when he reached his conclusion. Sabi niya, ” What is the difference between dying today and dying tomorrow? If you think you are dying for your country, so be it!” And never think twice in choosing what is best for you and for the country!
